Famed DJ and music producer Avicii is dead at 28 — here are his biggest hits

DJ and producer Avicii is behind some of the best dance songs of the last decade. 

The artist, whose real name is Tim Bergling, died at the age of 28, his representatives told Variety. No cause of death has been released yet, but he was found in Muscat, Oman on Friday. 

Fans and friends of the EDM DJ took to Twitter to mourn the loss of the producer and remember some of his greatest hits. 

Here are some of his most famous songs. 

He earned his first Grammy nomination for collaborating with David Guetta on "Sunshine."

He earned a second Grammy nomination for "Levels," one of his most recognizable hits. 

"Wake Me Up," which features Aloe Blacc on vocals, won the DJ a Billboard Music Award and is his most-watched video on YouTube. 

"Hey Brother," featuring vocals from Dan Tyminski, peaked at No. 16 on the Billboard charts.

One of his most recent songs was 2017's "Lonely Together," which featured Rita Ora.

"Waiting for Love" featured vocals from Cherry Ghost's Simon Aldred.
